HCSB LEAGUE
Fall 2020
UPDATE 8/17
The HCSB league is coming to you this fall with a high school and a college summer basketball league. The tentative start date for the league is September 7th and will end November 2nd. This way we are able to ensure that the league will be completed before the potential winter wave of COVID-19.

The Highschool league is set to play on Saturday and Sundays from at either 5,6,7 or 8 PM. The College league is tentatively playing weekday nights, currently Monday. The college league day is subject to change.
My team and I will work together to ensure the safest environment for our athletes to participate in. I encourage you to follow the instagram and twitter pages as this will be the major modems for watching the games and keeping up to date on updates on the league. If you have any questions, you can send a text or give me a call.
HCSB COVID Update (August 30th, 2020) – The HCSB Leagues will be releasing the following COVID updates as it pertains to the fall basketball leagues.
When entering the building, you will have to check in at the front desk. At the desk, we will be asking the following three questions. 1) Do you have COVID symptoms? 2) Are you waiting for a COVID test result? 3) Have you been around anyone with COVID in the last week? If your answer to all three of these questions are no, we will proceed to take your temperature with a temperature gun, and then let you enter. Because of these procedures, I encourage you to show up 10-15 minutes before game time.
FANS: Per the State of Maryland and Glen Arm facility rules, the HCSB will only allow 1 fan per player per team. This means that each team will be allowed a maximum of 10 fans. These fans will have to register to be a fan with me prior to the start of the season. The reason behind this is so that I know who is in the facility at all times. Per CDC and State laws, fans will be requiring wearing a mask at all times in the facility. This is non-negotiable as failure to follow this rule would result in the closure of my business. Please keep masks at all times. Fans are also required to bring their own chair (lawn chair recommended) or will have to sit on the floor.
Reminders: The HCSB is taking as many measures as they can to ensure the safety of the players, staff and fans. At the end of the day, the HCSB has no doctors and cannot provide major COIVD testing. The HCSB will be dependent on the honesty of everyone in the league to ensure the health of everyone. So please let me remind you, if you are feeling under the weather, do NOT show up. Missing a game is not detrimental.
